Our Organic Blueberry Chips (also known as Barque, pronounced bark), is made of 100% organic wild Maine blueberries. Harvested at the peak of summer when the fruit is the sweetest and dried to a crunchy, sweet blueberry treat. It is a taste of wild Maine blueberries in every bite. Use it on yogurt, ice cream or mix it in to your favorite granola. Add it to summer salads or try adding it to your favorite meat marinade. Can be added to breakfast cereals, pancakes, or sweet breads.
Our blueberries are WILD because we didn't plant them and the are ORGANIC because we care!

Storing:
We do not add any sweeteners, fillers, artificial flavors, sulfites, or preservatives to our product. Our product is 100% organic and wild Maine blueberries (Vaccinium angustifolium), that is small-batch crafted. We recommend that once you receive your product to keep it in the sealed, airtight package we offer if you selected "regular packaging". We recommend that it be kept in the refrigerator between using.
When you select our "biodegradable cellophane" packaging, that is compostable and recyclable, we ask that you please transfer your product to an airtight container with a tight lid seal and store it in the refrigerator between using.
Though the refrigerator is a moist environment, (the reason for the tight sealing lid & airtight container is to keep the moisture out), the regrigerator has a consistent temperature and is dark. This helps to maintain your product so that it can remain a ONE INGREDIENT product that we are delighted to offer our customers.
