Blue Cool is our organic wild Maine blueberries and organic wild Maine blueberry leaves as a whole plant tea, combined with an organic lemon verbena. Lemon verbena has a citrusy, refreshing and cool up-lift to the blueberries.  This tea is sure to be enjoyed hot or cold.  We serve a lot of this cold at our farmers' markets in the summer time!

Our blueberry tea has a lot going for it. It is made with our organic wild Maine blueberries that are harvested in the peak of summer for their sweetness. Then we puree and dehydrate them to preserve that sweet summer taste. In the fall, we hand harvest our organic wild Maine blueberry leaves when they turn a crimson red color, which is the peak of antioxidants. We combine the fruit and the leaves together to make the first-ever Organic Whole Plant Wild Maine Blueberry Tea. It is the real taste of wild Maine in every blueberry.

When I drink tea, I want to keep that same tea bag in my cup and just add hot water to it all day long. In Maine, we call that being frugal. My mother taught me well, so our tea bags are designed to be used more than once. They are designed to be steeped multiple times or until there is no more flavor or color, steep at least 3-5 times OR steep 1 tea bag in 1 quart boiling water, let cool, refrigerate overnight with bag, remove bag in the morning and enjoy it cold!

When you order our bulk 6, 12 OR 25 tea bags, we use a biodegradable cellophane to individually wrap each tea bag so that it stays fresh until you are ready to enjoy it.  Cellophane is a natural wood product that is biodegradable and compostible.  Please keep that it mind when you use the tea bags.  Our 2 tea bag sampler pack is packaged in biodegradable cellophane as well.  We thank you for caring with us!  Our tea bags are handfilled here at the farm in paper, drawstring bags.
