If you cook with ginger like I do, you probably just love the taste of this root in whatever dish you are making with it. I love, love, love the warmth of the ginger root, so I designed some of our teas with this beautiful root. Our small-batch crafted Ginger Blues Teas, is a beautiful tea made with the fruit and leaves of our wild blueberry plants grown at our farm in Stockton Spring and just the right amount of Ginger to warm the soul! The beauty of this tea is the naturally sweet taste of the blueberry fruit to balance the perfectly warming nature of ginger. This tea comes in hand-filled tea bags or as loose tea in tins and by the ounce.
We also offer a chaga tea with ginger root as our Citrus Zip Tea. This tea is blended with Wild Harvested Chaga, Orange Peel with Orange Essential Oil and Ginger Root. Also available in hand-filled tea bags or as loose tea in tins. Soon we will have it by the ounce. We also use the ginger root in our Spicy Chaga Chai Tea. This chai is a recipe I designed taking the best of the best tastes in chai. Of course this chai has a wonderful balance of ginger root too. We also offer a wild leaf tea with ginger root. It is our NEW Warming Wild Awake Tea. This tea is blended with Ginger Root, Wild BlueBerry Leaf (only no fruit), Green Tea Matcha Powder, Wild BlackBerry Leaf, and an optional herb of Stevia Leaf. This tea is available in glass jars only right now but we will be adding tea bags and by the ounce soon.
All our teas are MOFGA (Maine Organic Farmers & Gardeners Association) certified organic. This year our hope is to connect with a small, organic farmer in Maine growing ginger root so that we can buy it and dry it to use in our teas. We will keep you posted on this!!
